Refund Policy

Overview

StoryboardAI Studio sells prepaid digital credits ("Tokens") that are consumed when you use AI generation features. Because our service delivers immediate digital value, our refund policy distinguishes between credits that have been used and credits that remain unused.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Unused credits — eligible for refund: If you have not consumed any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Partially used credits — eligible for partial refund: If you have used some but not all credits from a package, you may request a refund for the unused portion within 14 days of purchase.
• Consumed credits — not eligible for refund: Credits that have already been used to generate images, scripts, or train AI models represent computational resources already delivered and are non-refundable.
• After 14 days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Failed Generations

If a generation attempt fails due to a technical error on our end or our AI provider's infrastructure, the credits consumed by that failed generation will be automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours. If this does not occur, please contact support with the details.

Character Training Refunds

Character model training costs 250 credits and triggers an immediate AI training job once started. Once training has begun, the 250 credits are non-refundable. If training fails due to a technical error, credits are automatically returned to your account.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@storyboardai.studio with the following information:

• The email address associated with your account.
• The date of purchase.
• The package you purchased.
• The reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension. We are always happy to resolve issues directly and promptly.
