• Generated content: Prompts, scripts, and images you create are stored in your private workspace.
• Usage data: Credit balance, generation history, and feature usage for billing and service delivery.
• Payment data: Transaction records (amount, date, package). We do not store card numbers — these are handled entirely by our payment processors.
• Technical data: Browser type, IP address, and session tokens for security and authentication.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, important notices).
• To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymised usage analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data or generation history to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage. Your data is stored in isolated, row-level secured databases.
• fal.ai — AI image and video generation. Prompts are sent to their API for processing.
• Anthropic — AI script generation (Claude models).
• OpenAI — AI script generation (GPT models).
• Paddle / Payment Processors — Secure payment processing. Subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Data Security

We implement Row Level Security (RLS) so your generated content and account details are only accessible to you. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment information is handled exclusively by PCI-compliant payment processors.

6. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Anonymous analytics may use first-party cookies to understand general usage patterns.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
